x6tencedid not have such great success in their last event, ESWC 2007, they ended up on third place in their group, letting Pentagramand Virtus.procontinue to the bracketplay, of course allowing Pentagram to win the event.

The reason for this bad performance might have been the many problems they’ve had in general as a team, and with their lineup, during the last months.

x6tence have also been competing in NGL ONE , though, with only two wins in their eight matches, performance there has not been too good either.

Due to several reasons, x6tence are no longer taking part in this event

NGL ONEwrites:

"TheCounter-Strike team of x6tence declared towards the League Administration ofthe NGL ONE that the team will not participate in the NGL ONE any longer. Afterhaving problems with the Spanish Internet Connections and due to that also withscheduling their matches x6tence decided to leave the NGL ONE. Both, x6tenceand NGL ONE, are very disappointed about this step. All former and upcomingmatches of x6tence Counter-Strike will be annulled and counted as a 16:0 winfor the opposing team.

The NGL ONE wishes x6tence and their players all the best for their future."

In response, x6tence have released the following statement:

"Afterthe events of the NGL-One's third edition regarding the match againstmousesports and the consecutive situations with the remaining matches of theleague, the Counter-Strike team leaves the competition due to the constantproblems that we have both with the connections and the NGL organization.

The reasons are:

1. NGL has forced x6tence to play a match where the own organization was responsibleof its problems. If in a first time the supposedly damaged team wasmousesports, the organization decided to repeat the match damaging the otherteam.

2. NGL brought in a statement where they claimed false reasons for therepetition of the match against mousesports.

3. NGL communicated x6tence the 26 of July that the team would be penalized fornot showing against Logitech.fi, when this team showed as a proof a screenshotof a conversation between x6tence|r1bera and a Logitech.fi player where theydon't mention this competition at any moment and despite that r1bera isn't anauthorized person to close competition's matches in contrast to DrastyK orFlipiN who are captain and manager, thing that NGL doesn't care making clearthat the tasks inside the league work depending on the interests of themselves.It was also curious that the captain DrastyK communicated to the Logitech.fimember Twista that the team wouldn't be able to play that day, but Logitech.fidecided in an another fairplay gesture to omit that information to theorganization.

4. The match against SK was postponed in the last minute for reasons that wedon't consider justified in the date they was caused. However, in this occasionthe NGL didn't carried out any kind of warning to the Swedish team aboutpossible penalizations.

5. NGL owes the corresponding prize to MusambaN1 achieved in the first edition(we are finishing the third edition). Despite the multiple communications withthe organization both by x6tence and by MusambaN1 the organization hasn'tresolved this problem yet and doesn't answer the player.

Because all this and after valuing the attitude of the organization with theteam as well as the effort that this edition is involving for the players andthe compensation they receive, we understand that it isn't worth continuing ina decompensated competition and in which we are being clearly damaged beyondthe strictly sports aspect just like the connection problems that we aresuffering these latest months.

With the aim of avoiding misunderstandings by the community, we would like tosay that from the club and the team we have been always prepared to assume anynegative result produced in a competition inside the margins of the educationand fairplay, thing that we have not seen the last weeks by different teams andorganizations."
